I belittle sites that look stupid or become useless when viewed with a Flash blocker. Screenshots are taken with ClickToFlash enabled. Feel free to submit a screenshot or a site for me to publish here.

Couldn’t this have been completed successfully without flash? The problem here is that the whole thing is Flash. It seems reasonable that the image blocks could have been completed in flash with navigation and info in HTML. Sort of a shame considering that this is a creative talent services company.
